2. Products and Services
We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours exactly.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee deliveries on specific dates.

5. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of the product.

5.1 Returns Procedure

Refunds (only applicable in cases of warranty and withdrawal rights):
- By bank transfer: processed approximately within five business days after the product is received back at our warehouse.
- By payment reversal: processed fifteen business days after the product is received at our warehouse. Please note this reversal is handled by your bank; any inquiries must be directed to them.
Product exchange (subject to stock availability at the time of exchange). Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lesser value. Any difference will be issued as a voucher for a future purchase. If the desired exchange is not available, a voucher will be issued for the product’s value.
Voucher for future purchases (valid for six months from the date of issue).

5.2 Product Conditions for Return
Products must be returned in optimal condition, unused, with original labels or, if removed, included in the packaging. Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and depending on the results, send a replacement or issue a voucher.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for processing your orders and improving your shopping experience.

7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
